All original packaging and tags must remain intact.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Upon receiving your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days if your return is approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you wish to exchange for a different color or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
We do not accept returns on final sale items or furniture that has been opened, assembled, or used.
Custom-made or special-order furniture is non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
